Our brand is a high‑end artistic silk scarf brand registered in France, designed by a professional team based in Vancouver, Canada. All products are custom‑manufactured in bulk in China, then shipped by sea to our North American warehouse for local distribution. The overall delivery lead time is subject to stock availability, trans‑ocean sea freight duration and local courier efficiency.
2. Order Processing & Stock Information

In‑stock Items: For styles marked in‑stock on our website, orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after full payment. Delivery time follows the average local courier schedule in North America, generally 3–5 business days.

Out‑of‑Stock & Pre‑order Items: If your selected silk scarf is temporarily out of stock at our North American warehouse, you may submit a pre‑order request via our official email: info@nympheaperle.com. A small deposit is required to reserve your item.Once your pre‑order is confirmed, we will arrange bulk production in China and trans‑ocean sea shipment accordingly. You will be notified by email immediately when the product arrives at our North American warehouse, and delivery will be arranged promptly. The standard lead time is 20–30 business days. For bulk orders with air freight costs covered by the buyer, the delivery period can be shortened to approximately 7–10 business days.
3. Shipping Fees & Delivery Regions
We offer shipping services to major regions across North America. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions and delivery address, and displayed in real‑time at checkout. International shipping outside North America is available upon request; please contact our customer service for detailed quotations.
4. Delivery Exceptions & After‑sales Service
We use premium custom‑made packaging to protect our silk scarves during transit. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours for after‑sales assistance.We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, customs clearance procedures, courier service suspension and other unforeseen events.
